A journey through my story
A seasoned mentor and a trainer, with an overall experience of 14 years in Teaching, Training, Mentoring and Consulting.
Currently serving as an Assistant Professor for MBA students at FIMS Farook College, Calicut.
My professional journey started as a HR Manager and Assistant Trainer at Turning Point, a Personal excellence training foundation based out of Palakkad in Kerala.
I am blessed with immense opportunities for guidance and intense interactions with students, young professionals as well as entrepreneurs.
I got immense opportunities to train and mentor budding professionals from more than 30 professional colleges spread all over South India on various employability skills.
My professional roles in this journey can be defined as Teacher, Trainer, Mentor, Skill Development facilitator, Learning Experience Designer, Researcher and Consultant.
I was also fortunate to provide my services to corporates and professional bodies like CSB Bank, EidelweissTokio, CII, PMI etc.
My research interest is in the area of Experiential Learning, Performance & Productivity and Learning Ecosystem Design. I have completed my PhD study around these exact ideas in 2019.
On the academic side I completed MBA in Human Resource management, and MA in Philosophy and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
I see my self as a blender of diverse dimensions of knowledge.
